How PBC Courses handles information used for enquiries, course access and administration.
Information used by the site
The site can process the email and name you provide for an enquiry or customer record, product access grants and related account details. Admin records also include product files and access activity. Technical hosting logs may be generated when you use the site. The site also keeps daily counts of course-page visits, preview opens and Buy now clicks by product; these counts do not use a visitor-tracking cookie.
Why it is used
Information is used to reply to enquiries, provide access to purchased or authorised PDFs, administer products and protect access to paid files. Buy now links pass through a site counter before opening Stripe-hosted checkout. Payment details are entered on Stripe, while access to protected PDFs is currently granted separately after purchase. Payment-completed counts will come from signed Stripe events once that connection is configured. This notice still needs the owner to confirm the full payment and data flow.
Access and sharing
Authorised site administrators can manage product and customer access. The site uses its hosting and sign-in services to deliver pages and protect files. Do not send payment-card details by email.
Your choices and rights
For a copy, correction or deletion request, or a question about how your information is used, email Sales@pbccourses.com with “PBC Courses privacy” in the subject. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
